Think customer! – it’s not about you, it’s about them and how you can meet their needs. Put crudely, companies only ever really invest/locate anywhere to gain some sort of competitive advantage, either to save money or to earn more money. One simple thing, rarely done in our experience, is to at least include the customer’s name, logo and, ideally, something about your understanding of their strategy and how locating in your place fits into that.
